HEALTH & SAFETY GUIDELINES

For your safe visit, please follow the IATF Alert Level 1 Guidelines:

1. All guests interacting with the exhibits are requested to wear face mask (covered nose and mouth) AT ALL TIMES inside the Museum, Science-in-the-Park, Playtales and in Connected to the Wild. If an infant (1 yo & below), in a stroller or being carried by their guardian is not capable of wearing, it will be allowed as long as he/she is accompanied at all times by their guardian. Pls note that our security may call your attention, but kindly explain that the infant is not capable and that their guardian is accountable for the infant’s safety at all times.
2. Please sanitize your hands before entering and regularly while in the Galleries. 

The Mind Museum Tickets, Gift Certificates, Program Enrollment and Donations


The Mind Museum is a project of Bonifacio Art Foundation, Inc. (BAFI).

All tickets or gift certificates or voucher sales and donations are final. Tickets are non-rebookable and non-refundable. If The Mind Museum is closed on the day of your visit due to any fortuitous/force majeure event or otherwise, rebooking will be allowed subject to availability of slots.

Guests are responsible for safeguarding their tickets or gift certificates or vouchers. Tampered, defaced or folded tickets or gift certificates or vouchers will not be honored. Lost or destroyed tickets or gift certificates or vouchers shall not be replaced. New ones must be purchased. 

For those who bought three-hour tickets please come on time to maximize your museum experience. Music will play 20 minutes before the end of each visit to signify that it is coming to a close. Late comers for three-hour visits must still leave at the end of their purchased schedule.

BAFI reserves the right to cancel any ticket if any of the terms and conditions is not followed.

BAFI reserves the right to refuse entry to or to require any guest to leave the museum due to inappropriate, destructive or harmful behaviour or for failure to comply with any of BAFI’s terms and conditions, without any refund or compensation of ticket purchased. In case of ticket or gift certificate or voucher discrepancy, BAFI reserves the right to request for identification from guests for validation purposes. BAFI reserves the right to refuse entry due to questionable identification or ticket or gift certificate or voucher. 

Guests must observe all BAFI house rules in The Mind Museum. Guests assume all risks, liability and responsibility for all damages incurred in connection with the visit in the museum.

To the fullest extent allowed by applicable Philippine laws, guests shall hold BAFI free from all liability and responsibility for any and all damages of whatever nature suffered by guests, including bodily harm and loss of property incurred during or in connection to their visit, event or program in the museum, save in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct committed by BAFI.
